About the Event

Trainer with a trainer! Learn how to lift safe and effectively in this intense weight training class. Each week, tackle new lifts and sequences to keep the body building muscle. Equipment suggested: barbell, dumbbells (or plates), and resistence bands. Exercises can be modified with some household items. All levels welcome! Session repeats each week.
