About the Event
Let's get ripped! Using weights and body weight exercises to drive up the heart rate and chisel muscle. We will not lose lean mass! Equipment suggested: bar, dumbbells (or plates). Exercises can be modified without weight. All levels welcome! Classes repeat each week.
